We know that some of you may not be all about the heat. That's OK, we've got you covered. Raw, Ukrainian Red has an initial bite that dissipates quickly leaving a nice buttery finish. This is a great garlic to use with olive oil for bread dipping.
We also love to throw whole cloves in with our roasted vegetables. 8-10 cloves per head.
