This is how a new variety name is born. We purchased our original stock from an organic grower in Central NY. This garlic was named after their neighbors who had been growing the previously unnamed garlic for years and years. It's a winner!
Marjean is a mild garlic with a very pungent garlic profile. Eat a few raw cloves every morning and everything will taste like garlic clear through dinnertime! These also taste great roasted with other veggies!
