German White (1/2 Pound)
German White is our favorite all around garlic. We often refer to it as our utility garlic. Raw it’s got a sharp, spicy bite that will put kick into your pesto. Roasted it’s nice, mellow and full flavored. We use this for anything and everything. 4-8 cloves per head. These cloves tend to be larger than any of our other varieties.
Actual bag weight will be closer to 6/10 of a pound. We aim for $7/pound. Discounts at 10 bag ($3.75 per) and 20 bag ($3.50 per) quantities.
Spanish Roja (1/2 Pound)
Our Spanish Roja is a nice medium heat garlic that has a nice complexity to the true garlic flavor. This is one of our best sellers, and the flavor is a big part of why. 8-12 cloves per head.

Ukranian Red (1/2 Pound)
We know that some of you may not be all about the heat. That’s OK, we’ve got you covered. Raw, Ukrainian Red has a little initial bite that dissipates quickly leaving a nice buttery finish. This is a great garlic to use with olive oil for bread dipping.
We also love to throw whole cloves in with our roasted vegetables. 8-10 cloves per head.

Variety Pack (1/2 Pound)
Don’t know what you like. We’ll make up a half pound bag with the different varieties demarcated by knots. Sound complicated? It’s not! We’ll make it obvious as to which is which.
You’ll get German White, Ukrainian Red, Spanish Roja, and depending on how much we have left, Marjean and Music.
Like the other 1/2 pounders, this is actually closer to 6/10 of a pound.
